Why the Tech Guy Hates you.

You ever wonder why the Tech people either don't speak to you, come across as arrogant assholes, or seem just a bit weird? Its because we hate you! Lol Seriously! No, its not THAT bad, but here are the top 10 reasons Tech people...well...need a nap.

• 10. Non tech people don't understand tech, yet they want to tell US what they think the problem is! Shut up! You called ME!! I didn't call you! I could be doing something ELSE!
  
• 9. Please do not call me to do something for you if you don't have time for it to get done. It is NOT my job to rush. I am not "the help". I will be done fixing YOUR mistake when I'm done! Jeez!
  
• 8. Don't tell me how busy you are and how you need to "work" ASAP as if what I'm doing is not "work". This IS work, an as long as you use a computer, you break it, you wait for it to get fixed. Questions?
  
• 7. Please stop asking me questions you think you know the answer to. I'm not here to debate with you what ever little dumb tidbit you think you know. Beat it. I'm busy.
  
• 6. Don't ask me how it works. I cannot explain it to you, just as you wouldn't want to explain to me the intricate details of YOUR job.plus, you really don't care, so stop wasting my time.
  
• 5. I AM NOT THE DAMN HELP, the maid, the cleanup crew, the mail person, or the trash collector. Please stop treating me like you think I'm a second class citizen. I own a home, a car and I make more than a lot of you, and SURPRISE! I also have a degree. No one should be treated that way anyway.
  
• 4. Stop calling yourself stupid. Its awkward for me, because I kind of think you are, but I don't want to agree with you out loud.
  
• 3. It is NOT an emergency if you are not there to answer the phone when I call you to help.
  
• 2. I am not a database. If you don't send requests in writing, I will forget. I'm not making u do this to make you miserable. Its not that hard people.Stop stopping me in the hallway with random off the wall questions.BOO! Go Away!
  
• 1. Just because u asked 2 min before I leave for the day, doesn't mean I should or will or am obligated to answer you. I have a family too. I'm going home! Your question is NEVER quick! Ask the on call!! I'm LEAVING!
