For your Brown Eyed Girl: Heres something I learned on my own but didnt realize it was already an established fact: Purple, Green and Black Eyeliners REALLY bring out the brown in Brown eyes! Get poppin, and find yourself a good liner! I suggest Almay Intense Color, because the crayon-like pencil goes on really smoothly, no sharpening needed - so dont be scared you'll "Put your eye out!!" :)
